POLICIES

📦 Returns & Damages Policy

At Pizazzy Pops, we take great care to ensure our products arrive properly packaged and in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, all food items are non-refundable.

🚫 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds based on individual tastes, preferences, likes, or dislikes.

🔄 Damaged or Defective Items

Replacements or store credit may be offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

You must provide a written description of the damaged product(s) within 5 days of receiving your order.
Photos of the damaged item(s) and the original shipping packaging are required.
Claims submitted without photos will not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Pizazzy Pops disclaims liability for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. By purchasing, the customer assumes all risks associated with the use and consumption of Pizazzy Pops products.

CANCELLATIONS

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus any applicable processing fees.

At our discretion, store credit may be issued in place of a refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders may not be canceled, as all products are made to order.

🚚 Shipping & Local Pickup

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) to ensure timely delivery. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on location and postal service conditions.

We also offer local pickup by arrangement at a neutral or public location. Local pickup details will be provided after checkout.

🎁 Packaging & Labeling

All of our lollipops are individually wrapped in food-grade packaging to ensure freshness and safety.

Custom labeling options are available upon request for an additional cost. If you’re interested in personalized labels for events, gifts, or branding, we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote based on your needs.
